River House

An old cabin enjoying the benefits of bygone zoning bylaws allowing construction within feet of the river, this house was renovated to further enjoy this rare opportunity. The original entry point was accessed by way of a simple bridge at the second level. The new design extends the bridge through the living area and out the other side to terminate on a cantilevered suspension deck directly over the river flowing below.
